I really hate that we always get outbid for these Cuban players.

Not that we have any reason to complain.....but we offered Abreu last offseason the exact same yearly salary....we just didn't offer as many years. We miss out on every single Cuban player, and I agree it is getting annoying.
I'm telling you. We are eventually going to win the bid, and it will be the only Cuban player who turns out to be a bust.
