"A new breed of giant spider - which has huge five-inch females and tiny males - has been discovered by scientists.

The female of the new species of golden orb weaver spider has a body one and a half inches long with a leg span of five inches and weaves a web more than threefeet wide."

What wild habitat do we have to destroy for spiders to become extinct?

If spiders were extinct , you would be crying about the influx of all the other bugs that will occur because of the absence of spiders.

interesting....
I rather not come across that thing

-The females can grow up to 12cm's and spin a web up to a meter
They aren't poisonous to humans.
They were thought to be extincted, and were rediscovered in 2007.
They are endangered due to a restricted habitat

Word, I sometimes dont kill the spiders in my
crib, because I hate flies so much.

where the hell are those spiders at because those other pictures are on the side of a house

what's the big deal?.... go to a pet shop and see a hairy tarantula which is about the same size as this.... only difference is, this thing creates webs.
