It's outlandish to post facts? Mayweather had roughed up/threatened females in the past and has plead guilty to these charges. Someone with hands as "registered weapons" should know better.

I wholeheartedly place Mayweather's actions in a higher echelon on the sin scale. It's called societal standards which is why a jaywalker isn't going to get treated as harshly as a litterer. For example, the moderators on Niketalk would handle the following situations differently. Let's say:
1) I posted something which a moderator may find inflammatory
or
2) I created a thread with images/videos of pornography/gore/etc.
In the first example I would be suspended for a period of time or maybe even banned (depends on how harsh I decided to be that day)
In the second example I would undoubtedly be banned.
I absolutely hold one offense on a greater plain than the other, depending on circumstances. Catch my drift?
