they aint lyin about taxin the kush, i just picked up 2 zips of some skywalker that cost 75 bucks more per oz than what i usually spend.

Look in the back of any local magazine (the ones you find outside of supermarkets) and you'll see ads for a number of Dr.s you can get that card from.
Just make an appointment and have your story (pain related) ready.
