Two things that baffle me about "hetero" males on and outside NT is how much they care about other men's sexual preference, their clothing choices...and... hairlines?

It was a completely different world back then in the studio system. Actors contracted with studios and make movies exclusively with them. With so few studios and such little diversity, it was tough to break into it. Interestingly enough, the studio system of old Hollywood is exactly how the mainstream porn industry operates today.Originally Posted by jimmybeanz
i'm sure it's still going on, especially for B and C list actresses. but i've heard that in the '30s-'60s, a HUGE % of actresses had to sleep with someone to get on (pun intended), unless they were married to a famous actor, big agent or studio head. wisepharoah works in this industry, so maybe he'll come in the thread and shed some light.Originally Posted by CWrite78
wonder how many other actors/actresses had to take a shot in the mouth to get where they are now.
This is not Wilmer Valderrama or Mario Lopez finally admitting that they're homosexuals. This is a dude saying that he sold his @$% for a sandwich.Originally Posted by N ll K 3

Btw, you listed 3 things that baffle you. If you're baffled by people talking about clothing choices (on Niketalk, of all places), but simultaneously have problems with this topic, I'm not sure I understand why you're on this forum. /runonsentence

1. That's what the ellipses were for, to add an ommission. It was for effect, didn't work.
2. Niketalk is bigger than that, do people in General even care about sneakers anymore? By clothing choices, should've said how people connect clothing to sexual preference. Does it matter?

Wait, there is a prototype homosexual male/female? Far as I know they come in all shapes and sizes. On top of that, you mentioned two dudes that are constantly smashing dimes. Oh wait, they are Latino...So stereotypical, but ignorance trumps knowledge on this one.
I just got that shirt.. weird
I had that shirt in middle school in the mid- 90's. Hope you know what band it represents.

Tom Hardy said he dabbled in same sex relations as well.
