That which can shrink, can stretch...
Two simple solutions:
1) Get the waist band wet, and then tug on it as hard as you can to stretch it back out.
2) Turn your iron up all the way and use the most steam it'll give you, then tug on it as hard as you can to stretch it back out.

I've never heard of this suggestion. You'll just look like somebody who either a) lost weight and was too lazy to get new clothes, or b) somebody wholikes to wear ill-fitting pants.

i usually go one size up on jeans to prevent this, i wear 32 and get 33. no skinny fit though, that trend is horrendous.
