Which would be better for DS kicks. Plastic wrap, ziplock bag, or just leaving it in the box. Which would be best for the shoe like not harm or destroy the material.

Just my opinion but i say neither, leave them unwrapped

Personally, all my DS kicks are put inside a ziplock bag and then back into the box. I however do not zip it up, I just leave the end opened. Shoes need room to breathe just like anything else. Keeping it fully sealed doesn't mean it'll last forever.
