Definitely a downgrade.

New shorty is flatter than a 10yo Chinese boy.

Aight, so when it comes to stables, you gotta have motive and opportunity. How does this alliance benefit me?

You have to wonder if The Club, frustrated by their recent title loss and lack of a decent ******* faction name, will look to the incoming Demon Prince for direction and a higher profile given their history in Japan.

The Ascension might also best served by standing at the side of an established competitor to increase their visibility. Given that there's no reason Cruiserweights and the rest of the roster can't interact, they would be a fit King's Guard for an increasingly paranoid champion. In return, he could advise them on the ring strategy they need to overcome the highly capable crop of incoming tag teams, possibly even gracing them with his presence at ringside from time to time.

I personally think Brian Kendrick is being very generous with his offer of mentorship for Akira Tozawa. Look how much he has learned about the squared circle in just a few months! The high impact import would be well served under his tutelage, if only for a time...I'm sure Kendrick would get jealous if his lessons were applied too well.

Another thing I find interesting is how there seems to be a subtle disconnect between the Hardyz. Jeff Hardy seems to be much his old rave dancing high flying self, but I'm not sure quite how refurbished Matt is fresh off his return. His documented instability could be the team's unexpected demise, leaving Jeff to chase singles gold and the screams of young women. From here, Matt may be frustrated enough with losing his brother to his madness once again to consult the wisdom of a powerful spiritual guide who just happens to wrestle...

Also, KO and Samoa Joe should probably continue to watch each others' back...when you side with management, you stand alone in the locker room! With his targeted focus on increasing the appeal of the sport on a corporate level, NXT Champion Bobby Roode can only be expected to follow a similar path. It would be fascinating to see if he can both build an alliance that will undoubtedly help him on The Show and raise the profile of the NXT title, given mastermind Triple H's heavy involvement in the federation.

DDP just went off on Dan LeBatard and dropped an F bomb that didn't get muted

Cliffnotes?

Basically Dan asked him about this supposed beef with him and Scott Steiner and Flair. DDP told him that he wasn't phased by it or something similar so Dan kept poking and prodding like he normally does until DDP got LEGIT PISSED and called him "Monkey" several times before unleashing an F U which was not censored

Dan tries to play innocent after a guest gets pissed but he is notorious for trying to get his guests flustered and DDP lost his cool

You would think reps would tell their clients how Dan interviews. But I can see if a person doesn't know Dan's style, things can escalate quickly. Lol.

Remember when Xavier Woods had Nia on an episode of UpUpDownDown....  yea.... homie was plotting his next video...

You could tell when he did that Savepoint with Ember that he really wanted to smash

Son was low key plotting

His radio show but it is also on broadcast on ESPN U so you could see their reactions as it was unfolding

Anybody else worried that the WWE are going to ruin The Hardy's? It feels like they've completely stripped away everything that made Matt Hardy relevant again. They should have come in and been completely over the top like they have been since the broken Matt stuff started. Can see them going stale in a few months if the company decides to just have them as yet another basic tag team.
I do wonder if they are trying to see if they can get legal stuff out of the way regarding the BROKEN character....Also, the Hardys don't have to be the focus of an entire brand, so they aren't going to get the type of mic time in the WWE that they did in TNA, so it does negate things a little...

Meltzer is reporting that Vince will let the hardys and anthem work it out.

He wants no part in a lawsuit.
