2017 isn't heavy with exclusives like 2014 or 2016, so I'll be playing mainly 3rd party games. Like what most ps4 owners have been doing for the past 3 years.

Switch output is better than PS4 now? You can't be serious. I'm not counting remasters so that leaves you with Splatoon 2 and BotW. That being said, BotW is available in Wii U. Switch output is decent for year one but let's not get ahead of ourselves and please do not mention Snipperclips or ARMS.

There were obviously more exclusives than what I listed but I only listed the ones that were mostly received well. I tried to keep my personal opinions out of it. Was Xbox really better exclusive wise?

Most xb1 players play 3 party games. I'm more into what microsoft studios has to offer, so that's why I said that. I could have worded it better. You were saying that the upcoming xb1 exclusives were going to suck, so not falling for your everyone wins act. You're a sony guy.

$500 for 1080p/60 isn't worth it to me. Might as well consider getting a pc, since 1080p/60 across all games isn't guaranteed on the 1x like it is on pc. My brother build a pc for like $580 total.
