XBOX Live without network adapter?

So right now Im on campus and we only have wireless connections. I was going to buy the network adapter from the campus bookstore until a friend of mine toldme that there is a way to use the wireless connection from a laptop to get on Xbox live. For those of you that've tried is the connection slow/laggy?

You must bridge the connection, my brother did it.

Go to Google and search "Bridge connection..." and you will see Xbox 360 pop up, read through some of those and they will walk you through.

bridge your wireless connection, and your LAN. I've done it before, it works.

I did it with my computer and it doesnt really lag for me. My router is only like 15 feet away from my xbox so its pretty close anyways. I just looked it uponline and followed the directions. Perfect way to save $100

edit: I dont think there is any difference between speeds with the wireless adapter because youre basically doing the same thing the adapter would just onlywith a computer

yea i have mine set up through my laptop as well. works just as well as when it was a wired connection. i watch netflix and everything no problem.
