Moved into a new spot and got the x1 cable tv service from Comcast. The HD looks bad/shaky/blurry. What gives?

I actually get great customer service from their tech people and everyone I've dealt with thus far. Rates are crazy but getting 100 Mbps, internet cable router with wifi, 2 X1 boxes for $130 all in isn't that bad I guess.
Anyways, got the tech coming out tomorrow to look into it. I've tried switching everything and the HD still looks very mediocre and not to the usual HD standard.
If it doesn't work I'll try getting the old box and testing that out I guess.
Comcast is just trash in general
I'm in a similar situation. Just moved into a spot where I'm required to have Comcast. After dealing with their HORRIBLE CS and getting everything set up I feel like my picture could be better on regular HD channels like ESPN.I actually get great customer service from their tech people and everyone I've dealt with thus far. I feel like Xfinity/Comcast is going to get a class action suit down the line, so many people I know are complaining about their rates and customer service. That's why I have fios, set price for 2 years and the quality is much better on the HD and internet speed.
