These are supposed to be the V1 pirate black's but I'd go with no, they not legit. The stitching should alternate between a crossed and square shape. This one seems to be all crossed. I can't exactly be sure from your 1 picture but they should also have a suade like half circle patch on the inside side of the shoe with YZY imprinted on it. These don't appear to have that either.
