Yo NT, Anybody here get mood swings sometimes? Vol. I feel depressed

Do you guys get mood swings? Is this normal? Today everything was going great and out of nowhere I get hit with depression. IDK why though. Anybody else getsome form of mood swing?

Has there been a change of temperature recently? I'm assuming there is. It can affect your mood, seriously.

But yeah, I get mood swings. Seasonal Affective Disorder ftl.

it also has to do with if the sun is out, or if its cloudy and rainy. But that happens to me too, I'll have everything going good and happy, then I getpissed out of nowhere.

Definitely can relate to this.

I don't know what it is either...usually I'm doin' fine, then
it's usually something that triggers it, unknowingly. I realized that if it's something
that's bothering you, don't over analyze it and it will soon go away as
you calm down. Sometimes I let it get the best of me. Just know that it's
not that bad and whatever is weighing your head down will leave if you let it.

It sure can be a pain in the $+$ tho.
