Yo NT, what kind of grill you rockin??

So I always rolled with a Weber charcoal grill, but my pops wants got get me a propane grill for xmas. I'm looking at these infrared ones, they seempretty good because from what I read they seem to get hotter, faster and produce more even heat. Anyone have one? Tips?
