hospice is thee worst place...

i visited a couple times and it was just sad as hell... i was gonna go visit my grandma but wasnt able to make it and she died that day...still think about it to this day

Been there SEVERAL times for various people.... been in your position just as many times... it's perfectly natural. Don't even feel bad. No stoneface from me because I KNOW it's never really as easy as some people make it seem. But yeah, just try to look at it from your loved one's perspective. They need you to be there, right? Well homie, poke your chest out and do what you gotta do for who you gotta do it for. You'll be glad you did in the long run. Good luck man.

Seriously. I regret not going to see my great grandma when she was ill every damn day. I knew she was in the hospital but my family didn't tell me it was stomach cancer until the day she died. I do not miss hospital visits even for small things anymore, you never know if that's the last time you'll get to tell someone you love them.
