Timbaland or Puff/The Hitmen.

Tim just came in with a whole new bounce/tempo.

Puff and The Hitmen just knew how to make great records. If they stayed together in the 2000's and Puff stayed hungry in music and kept his own rap career to an every now and then type of thing he would have had a much better run. They should have signed Ye from D Dot and kept looking for new talent.

Also Kanye. Especially 2010 and beyond. He knows how to take 5 different things and make something no one else would think to make.
