As happy as I am for dude. And happy his play is leading to success, but I think he is one of those players that benifit from playing in D'Antoni's offense.
I think he's going to stay in NY even if he can get more some where else, because the offense is perfect for him.

I've been his biggest supporter on his board over the last 5 years before the madness of this week. But there's still a lot of season to go, it's hard to say where Jeremy is going to be at the end. If he turns out to be a big reason the Knicks make a playoff run, then he will get paid...but other things could happen too.
I think he'll end up staying on the Knicks and sticking around as a solid starting PG.

no but seriously, who gives out contracts after watching 4 games? he's been playing great but i think we gotta see more and see how he does in the long run. not saying that he isn't balling right now, just saying that everyone has to settle down and just let the guy play.

That's simply false. I understand the whole prisoner of the moment thing, but at the very least he's cemented himself as a rotation player on an nba team.
He's obviously not going to be able to sustain this level of play, but he will get a decent deal at the end of the year. No doubt in my mind.

That's the thing though, this string of games is boosting his stock to the brim. His stats will go down when the team is full strength, but everyone has seen what he is capable of when he is given free reign. If he tails off when Stat, Melo, BD return, then it may not be seen as any fault of his own. If he isn't playing like this with melo and stat, I guarantee stat isn't the issue. So unless melo and stat all the sudden becomes a winning combination, I don't really see him going anywhere. He clearly doing it without them, he would only make stat better, and if the team can't win with them three on the court, bd aint changing that. He's winning, they weren't. If them being in the game changes that no way you go back to garbage boring basketball. By them I mean melo btw, cause this dude is about to have stat looking real nice.
