YouTube Question!

Can they remove a video that I have upload as 'private'? It won't ever be public, and it's just for me to look at.

I'm trying to upload an NBA game to YouTube because I'm trying to clear room on my harddrive... and I'm wondering if I could just upload it to YouTube, make it private and hopefully avoid any copyright issues?

Anybody know the answer to this?

Yea they can take it down. I have had it done to me. I was doing the same thing that you were doing.

Of course they can remove it. It's still on their server so under their jurisdiction. You'd be better off using like vimeo or dailymotion, they don't give a !+!%. Cloud based storage like Rapidshare is also an option

Yea they can take it down. I have had it done to me. I was doing the same thing that you were doing.

Even if I like change the title to something random.... no tags, no description, etc.?

I just don't see how they'd be able to find it
