Bro at this point there is no retail options for me. I haven't hit on a ftl app in years, if fakes are this meticulous and are passing through this level of authentication checks then I might just have to rock out with the dark side entirely.
Sneaker shopping is more trouble than it's worth at this point.
It's funny we used to clown fakes because of quality and price-point (to some extent). Now we have damn near 1:1 reps (maybe) that cost as much if not more than retail pairs, and are potentially made in same factory. Have we all just bought into the Nike marketing that their approved products are that much superior?

We’re trying to objectively see what the issues are with his shoes, if any. Besides being late (shipping logistics, etc - even Nike retailers are getting things late) not one piece of evidence of fakes. Not even on twitter, all the social Media, etc.

NT investigation unit needs to come up with some standards when legit checking:
Categories:
A. Shoe Material
B. Shoe Quality of Construction
C. Shoe Box
Breakdown of each of these categories:
1. Shoe Color
But real talk, if you can't be bothered to at least address any of these, then coming to a conclusion that they're fake is no better than stating they're legit. Do the work!

- Tumbled leather or flat (differences do exist amongst legit pairs)
- Does it feel the same?
- Are these two shoes made in the same country?
- Same bar code number?
- Same font?

I did a pre order for the cool Grey's with the discount. I got pairs on RD but the pre order just shipped.
I'm a size 15 and normally fakes/reps aren't made in that size. Not saying it doesn't happen but normally what I have seen they don't make them.
Will be interesting to see the difference between the retail pair and the Zadeh kick pairs. I'll take pics once I get them in but I haven't seen anyone say they have gotten a fake or rep yet from him.

My cool Grey's came in and they look exactly like my Nike pair.
If these are reps, they are the best reps I have ever seen and normally we don't see reps in size 15.

I'm convinced he's authentic. My concerns are:
1. Waiting more than 3-4 months becomes absurd.
2. If he ultimately can't fulfill all orders, I don't want store credit, and ideally I would not have bothered copping on RD, which is partially the point of pre-ordering, so if he cancels, we're screwed.
3. If he's mis-managing his cash flow, or otherwise has questionable connections, his business could go bust at any time.
That said, I've got FOUR pairs on pre-order for my experiment with him. Hope it all goes smoothly!

We would be covered if he goes bust. Going through paypal is key in this situation
Just ask for a straight refund. He can’t only give store credit. Dispute with paypal if he is jerky about it

True that. But, I think PayPal may have a 6 month limit, which may not play out for us if we pre-order months in advance, then wait months post RD. Or is the PayPal claim period longer? Also, if he's generally fine, but cancels one here and there, if you complain he'll ban you. Guess if his service is otherwise fine, we'll just use the store credit eventually. Not like I'm bulk purchasing for tens of thousands of dollars like some others.

Go through bank then. Use AMEX. They will credit you if you never received the order

As far as Zadeh, I don't trust them. In the era of fake sneakers being as close to the official product, yall are playing with fire.

I've bought numerous pairs from Zadeh. All legit and went smoothly. Waiting " a long" to receive my kicks isn't a problem for me as I’m not gonna wear them on release day anyway.

This isn't proving your point. One of the biggest rep makers was advertised by Qiasomar with the caption about plugs getting early pairs. They do side by sides with the real thing as well. If you don't mind counterfeit product go for it.

The fact that reselling is openly discussed along with buying/selling of counterfeit shoes is proof that Meth isn't running the site the way he used to.
