Nah id be willing to bet Nike is going after them or folks connected for distribution issues. You can get a cease and desist for reselling trade marked stuff you pick up from like tj maxx and sell it on Amazon without showing proof of some kind of distribution agreement . In the volumes that Zadeh was dealing with I don’t doubt he was violating some sort of trade mark law.Rellvolver Ocelot exactly if nike is involved its probably due to fakes

That's why when people ask me, I always say pay with credit. The reason why companies try to push people to use debit is because there's little to no protection. The thing is the standard for chargeback windows is 180 days as in the cardholder has 180 days to file it. In some cases, you may still be able to dispute a charge after but no guarantees that they will reimburse you.

The straight up defending this guy against the fakes argument always seemed strange to me…Well the whole thing was strange but anyway…Like how can people call out places like StockX and GOAT for letting fakes slide through, and stand up to say this shady ponzi-presale site is totally legit…That never clicked with me…I get that people want to feel like they got one up on the aftermarket by getting the TS 1’s at barely above retail but how long before you start to realize that something isn’t adding up here…
I mean if you take 5 minutes to go hit up Reddit to see how the whole buying reps thing works, you’d see that people place orders and wait sometimes up to a couple months before they get their stuff in…Sound familiar at all? Meanwhile these fake factories constantly update their **** so if can get as close to legit pairs as possible…Which can add to the wait due to holding out for the better quality stuff to get produced…Add to that the fact that buying in bulk surely slows things down even more and some of this stuff starts moving into focus…The argument can absolutely be made that he was supplementing his orders with fakes which was adding to the whole delay in getting people their shoes stuff…
No doubt he was buying legit stock off the aftermarket or out the back door or whatever using funds from his ponzi setup…But at the volume he was selling stuff? Come on now…If he was 100% doing things off the aftermarket and out the back door then there’s no way he’d be able to fully keep up with the amount of orders that he was moving…He’d have to buy every single pair of a particular shoe on every reseller platform to keep up…We’re talking about some people being into him for $700K !! It’s not a couple pairs here and there, we’re talking whole stock rooms of inventory…AND those people that were into this thing on those types of numbers didn’t just hit him up a couple months back either…They’ve BEEN doing this…
At some point you have to take the rose colored glasses off, step back, and think things through logically…He was running a ponzi scheme AND supplementing his orders with high end reps…Can’t tell me any different at this point…

Basically if this is the case then the whole industry is in shambles, because goat, StockX, eBay/sneaker con/flight club etc all cannot authenticate
Is it possible? Sure anything is possible… It doesn’t seem logical, the only thing that makes sense is the ponzi set up

My only issue is “they’re fake” has just the filll in the gap response and it takes accountability off all the players in the supply chain, the secondary market, and at these shops that exploited the system and turned the sneaker game into the crapshoot it is today. if this was about fakes his website would have already been seized by the FBI and we wouldnt be seeing a dissolution of an LLC as if that can protect him from criminal prosecution.
The harder pill to swallow is gonna be the fact that Zadeh was in bed with all your favorite store owners and resellers. you dont get to the point that he got without delivering product. even if it was via backroom deals and funded by a ponzi scheme.

Don’t a lot of banks have a deadline as well? As in 2-3 months? I remember years ago I had an issue and it was close to 6 months and they wouldn’t let me open one

Both theories could be true but if the high end fakes argument is correct then all of those companies are in hot water.

We kind of already see things starting to take a turn for these aftermarket places…Nike hitting StockX for moving fakes for example…This stuff is the tip of the iceberg and it’s the only just now starting to get the type of eyes on it that people are realizing that this whole thing is messed up and has been for a long time…When well established resellers are coming out publicly saying they’ve moved fakes through all the aftermarket spots then you start to see how deep it really is…This stuff with Zadeh is just pushing things more in the public eye…
We’ve all looked at the videos of homegirl doing the 12 second legit check on a pair of sneakers that haven’t even publicly released yet right? That’s videos that are put out to show that legit checks are happening…Again it’s a seconds long legit checks on unreleased shoes…Think about that for a second…Now imagine how other “authenticators” that aren’t getting recorded for social media treat the authentication process…There’s no logical reason to think that high quality fakes aren’t getting through the process…
But back in Zadeh…
He was feeding resellers stock in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range…My original point is where did Zadeh get stock in those numbers? Stock on limited run hyped up sneakers at that…That’s not even including the guy who did a preorder on two or three pairs either, and I’m sure there was a ton of these type of people as well…
The argument that he was 100% buying out of the back door and via aftermarket platforms doesn’t hold water to me…No doubt he was getting some stock from these spots but not all of it in the numbers he was moving…The sellers he was feeding absolutely moved their inventory through the usual suspects…Now we’re saying Zadeh turned around and rebought the same inventory he sold to those big money clients at an up-charge to himself? Yeah I’m not buying that at all…

NEVER even thought about giving my hard earned money to someone who would block/ban you because you ask questions about your order. Ego had to have been bigger than the amount of money he made from slangin’ kicks.
Dudes was treating that man as if he was The Sneaker Deity; seen soo many “Don’t email him or reach out, you’ll get your order eventually bro” type of messages from people vouching for him with regards to individuals not receiving orders it immediately made me dislike this clown. Store credit instead of a refund was the icing on the cake.
Hopefully this brings forth the downfall of more resellers and the Sneaker culture can be restored (or at least to an extent) for true heads of the game.

Never dealt with Zadeh before… I did hear about them through here… and actually I met someone at the airport a few months ago who was promoting Zadeh… he said he bought all his shoes there and his friends make a killing buying shoes in bulk from him and reselling…but I could just never grasp the concept of paying somebody for a preorder that can take anywhere from 3 months to a year… I don’t have patience for that… and its not like the shoes were at retail they were slightly less than resale price… so minuswell just pay the resale and get yours instantly was my thought process… the website and concept always seemed shady to me but it looks like it worked out for a few NTers here… it sucks that the guy is a fraud and people’s money is tied up to him… im not surprised actually but feel bad for those people who got scammed… hopefully it works out for yall and you get your money back…
