Whenever i listen to something on there it says "Waiting for video". Is this normal?

that never happened to me before. whenever I listen to music on zshare that doesn't work, it's either connecting to media, or it'sbuffering.

Thing is I dont even see that or the play or stop button. Just a small black screen that says waiting for video.
