Zune/cpu Help

So I am trying to load music on my zune and my zune software will not accept any type. Zune says mp3 format is the right format, but my zune wont take it. Ihave also tryed putting music into windows media player and it wont accept it either. How do I fix this? Please help me out... thank you

i have got it from limewire or a youtube downloader and both didn't work....
