The point is that he's not going to deliver (my assumption) on any preorders moving forward. If you don't get your goods, PayPal SHOULD cover you. That's their policy.

What doesn't make sense? It's pretty clear that people who have preorders aren't getting their goods.

If there really are charges filed against him, he wouldn't be allowed to do that. Even if he filed for bankruptcy, he can't just take all of that with him.

I wouldn't be so sure he has all the stock.
