Shoe trees from IKEA. They're $1 a pair  Leather. I actually did these first as a trial.

Thanks. I stuffed the toe box with a bunch of socks, and then with a folded wet tee, I applied pressure over the toe box using an iron. There's a video somewhere on YouTube, I just have to find it.

Got these last week. I re-shaped them and added Nike SB laces to give them a little more personalization.
