PS3 is getting beat so bad, will it ever catch up???

4 was exclusive to Gamecube. You made it sound like Resident Evil wasn't selling before 4.

RE was doing great before 2000 but it didn't do so well during 2002-2004, Mediocre games like RE Zero and RE Dead Aim were not exactlyselling like hot cakes and then they made a huge sucess with RE4, ranked #1 Game of the Year. Imo it was the best resident evil game.

As a PS3 owner i agree...
Most of my friends have 360...i dont care...i wanted a ps3...so i got one....and thats that...i play and enjoy both systems...its a damn...system...that noneof you get paid for....

and xbox live is definitely a better and much smoother online network than PSN

I actually think the ps3 controller is uncomfortable but thats me, I cant even play for more than 1hour without my hands hurting

and I also cant stand how both joysticks are at the bottom, it ruins shooters for me

i use to think the same thing ...but after getting use too the playstation controller again, it isnt so bad...but if u still prefer the xbox 360 controller u might wanna try this ...

Metal Gear is still on the wixh list but the price point on 360 is tempting.

They gotta find a medium and bring back some of that old Resident Evil. Slip some slow pace levels in there. There was nothing like hearing azombie when u walk into that room...and u dont know where he at

i tried playin RE1 but realtalk i was shook

5mins in, as soon as that merkedoff doberman hopped thru the window it was a wrap

years later i tried to regain my manhood by coppin RE4. Wasn't really the same, a n' had more than enough ammunition to deal with the fiends

I think thats what was scary about the old ones. You would have four rounds in a 6-shooter tokill 2 zombies and no guarantee of seeing more ammo anytime soon

RE4 totally different to the earlier games, but is was one of the best PS2 games no doubt. That said, RE5 should be fire cuz its in the same mold. With the nexgen graphics and the chance to clap up Robert mugabes goons!! cant wait!

what you dont understand is I have stood by the PS3 since it dropped and still have one sitting next to my TV as we speak

but im getting to the pt where I feel like I keep waiting for it to take off and it just hasn't happened

I feel like Sony is just using the PS3 to win the Blu Ray war and make all their money in that aspect

when everyone is buying Xbox and playing Live on it which I want to do against my friends, it makes sense to jump ship to Xbox...since September, 6 friendsbought and Xbox as opposed to 1 PS3

i'm not buying an Xbox b/c it's trendy but if they are getting all the same games and everyone I know has one and I can play against them...then whywouldn't I?

I originally bought a PS3 for FFXIII.... but as you know, it is multiplatform now.

That said, I don't regret it at all. There are no 360 exclusives I would want.

PSP and PS3 work well together.

And NT PS3 thread/members are

Sony also has alot RPG's either out, or upcoming, which is my game of choice. FPS's are great.... but other than the COD franchise, none can reallyhold my interest for very long.

Between myself and my 2 roomates, we have all three systems, so it's not like I don;t know about the other 2.

The way the view switches up as u walk down the hall...it was kinda focused on the window, I knew something was fishy

If that had u shook..how bout gettin deeper into the game and having mutated zombies, "Tyrants", running around the place and ready to off your headquickly

. These things were agile and they'd jump up and swipe at your head with their Wolverine claws. If u aint shoot them out the air...it was overbefore it even started

. U run into one of them things with low ammo,pop the U turn...'Uhhhh...u know what? I'll come back later'

. You had to go through a mental checklist to *+%! with them: When's the last time I saved? How's my ammo? Do I have any herbs on me.....let memix them %+%%* up right now

Resident Evil was so dark back then, the tone, and literally

. Thescarcity of ammo...it really was Survival Horror. You had to have a plan, as far as what u took out the trunk and carried with you. There was a whole lot ofthat going on. There was a whole lot of backtracking...compound with the loading time....

Turrrrible, Turrrrible, Turrrible, T-U-R-RIBLE. That'll make u turn that +%%% off If u forgot something behind. I never finished that joint.

Every single one of my friends who have owned a 360 have had it fail, with the exception of one who has the Elite system.

RE3 did me worst. Near the end you play as dude named Carlos. So I'm in this hospital and they made Frog like hunters with big mouths, soI'm shooting them then all of a sudden it hops over and swallows dude whole. I dropped the controller and never play RE3 ever again. My favorite RE by fartho
