General Release is basically your mall based stores with basic Jordan shoe accounts,, champs, footlocker, footaction in which they sell basic release of Jordan shoes with all sizes including infant on up,

Limited Release= means usually that a specific shoe is made in a certain amount of quantities and doesnt include kid sizes,,

Just went to @#%$'s Sporting Goods and they said that their shipment comes in Jan 25. 2006. They also showed me the price of the DMP at 279.99

Can you buy the shoes in DMP separately? I just want the XIs and dont get about the VIs at all. Anyone who wants the VIs only, pm me and we can split the package. Also what is the actual retail price? I heard $299 and BabyJordan0312 stated $295, then I see people posting $275. Thanks in advance!!

Doesn't it really matter who the retailer is for the price? $295 is just the SUGGESTED retail price.

man with everyone saying general or limited release..even tho if it'll be general you have to understand that not ALL stores will have it..nike reps have said over n over again that finishlines and footactions n urban accounts will have these...n not every store will carry them too...only "certain" branches will get them...also alot of niketown's will have them in store..man..just wait for tha 10th hopefully it'll be confirmed

Unless BabyJ has more information than me...I have been told that these will be shipping to stores in the next day or two and that quantities have NOT changed, sizes have NOT changed and that the release is STILL 1.28.06...and the MSRP continues to be $295.00

While this may "officially" be a "general release" because ALL accounts were allowed to purchase this package...DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF...these will be VERY limited...I am talking LESS THAN 10% of stores in any chain (Footlocker, Footaction, Champs, Finishline, etc) will have these...and they will ALL have very limited quantities...

I am talking stores that got 350+ pair of Black/Red XIV's will get 36 packages...for real...it isn't hype...just reality...

Although, I suppose things could change between now and next Tuesday...I can't see how much they could change this late in the game...

Take this information for what it is TODAY, FACT...and if something changes...you know where to come back to get the most up-to-date information...
