I appreciate ya'll being real about it as serious as this is. I shouldnt never hit her like I did, but I've had this talk with her about her gettingviolent b4, and how if shes gonna keep resulting to putting her hands on me, I might do something I don't mean.
I'm moving back to Cleveland, tomorrow. I moved down to Atlanta if you didnt know to live with her after having a long distance relationship for 2years. SoI have no power over putting her out.
But afterward I did feel like it made me feel better, and it was worth it. But I could've got beat up way worse, I don't have any friends down herewho'd have my back... so I had no choice but to take the L
She's cut in my book, I don't want any part of her anymore especially after the terrible WEEK I have been here.

You need to move out if it's her place or kick her out if it's your place. IMO....if a woman has a weapon such as a knife, gun, bat or whatever onher.............then it's open season. Otherwise just grab her and kick her out.

Depends on the arresting officers, but most likely same charge, assault.
a little back story...I've been arrested one time in my life, Simple Battery....police arrested me because I was trying to calm down my then current GF whowas wildin.
I got arrested because I had my hands around her arms gracefully trying to restrain her. And Ive payed thousands of dollars and spent many hours in courtappointed Anger Management for being a Capt.
SO long story short, I'd rather I knocked the girl out after dealing with what I dealt with.
