I might be lookin' at things from a different angle, but was Dame really that great of a businessman?

I mean look at what he's done since the "split" with Jay...

- Dame Dash Music Group (Still waiting...)
- ProKeds
- CEO
- Roc Box

Ultimate Hustler was probably his most successful venture, and that only ran one season.

Just to name a few...

Questionable decisions, I don't deny Dame's smarts...but he's not exactly batting .300

So at which point does Jay get the credit and vice versa. NO one is sayin (at least im not) sayin that Dame wasnt this mastermind behind SOME ofJay success, but does he deserve all the praises. At what point does the (he owes me more) end? Bill gates is nothin without the help of Jobs. does M jordanowe everything to Dean Smith/Phil Jackson.

Do i owe my mom everything i become? the [point im making is, yes, Dame is owed credit, but when does that end?

Maybe that credit ended when Dame thought he was more responsible for the success then he actually was...or when he said he made Jay?

Put money in to it...
Helped with the direction...That was a partnership....
He deserves a piece of reasonable doubt...
