Buying a 2010 Mustang... (Update Pg4)

im lost
laugh.gif

i meet the dealer on sunday. I know the prices for both. Im just thinking...im putting down 10k.

If i were to finance the V6 we're talking $416 a month for 36mths

or

$611 for 36 months for the GT.

Estimates obviously. Really not such a difference

Don't worry, those eggs will be well incubated by all the P you be pickin up in the shelby as opposed to the aforementioned.

You said yourself your not much of a speed demon so its rather pointless to get a GT just get the regular V6, probably way more economical on gas than the GT.

If you have to go American, get a CTS or Camero

Don't listen to this guy, he doesn't even know how to spell Camaro.

Should I get the V6 Premium or the GT Premium?
seriously, what kind of question is this?

just go with the cheaper one...you won't be using it to race anyway...plus, won't your insurance be cheaper with the less powerful engine?

that camaro with black rims would be insane.

*hint* photoshop *hint*

Only problem with new american cars is they are worth half of what you paid in 2 - 3 years.

V6 Mustang FTLooooooooossssssss

And no, I'm not walking.

I would never in my life even consider a 6 'Stang (Pusstang

).

Ok so im now just leaning towards the GT but i need some help haggling a little.

After everything the car should come out to $34,385 MSRP.

How much do you think I can get this down to?

I wouldn't purchase the vehicle just yet. One of my friends purchased a 2010 GT. He drove it no more than 75 miles and the check engine light came on. Hetook it to the dealership and they checked it out and said nothing was wrong with it, it was just a glitch. They also told him things like that were expectedwhen it was the first models to come out.

v8 GT? niceee ....eh, just play hard to get ...hahahaha, im sure they wanna sell

...if ur good, try to get it whole sale price? or maybe a few hundred above whole sale price

thanks for the lookout but ill take my chance

I haven't seen one in the streets yet but I would get the GT which looks like you are going to do. They should be wanting to sell any cars that they haveso hopefully you can play it right and be tough enough with them to lower the price some and get a good deal hope it works out. If it doesn't there areother Ford dealerships around that could be better

unfortun this isn't the case with me. I have on in Brooklyn, one in queens and I think all the rest are in NJ. I mean I don't mind goingout there, dont get me wrong, but I just rather focus on this place. I know wholesale amount is roughly $32k. I was going to put a downpayment of 10k on thecar but now I wonder if I put like 20k would they give me a better deal

if money is no object for you then go with a shelby, you will be pulling all the women foo.but on the other hand a shelby is a collectors car and are ment forgradual use not an everyday car, plus the insurance on it would cost as much as a buying another car.just go with the car in betwen which is the GT.the v6 willlose a lot of value down the road but the gt will still have some good trade in value later on if you decide you want a newer car.
