Sneakerheads in College

At Seattle's University of Washington. Goods, RPS, EQPT, and 35th and North do their jobs and get a fair amount of releases. However, school comes firstbefore sneakers.

I go to UC Santa Cruz, and there are basically NO spots out here to get kicks. We got a mall in the next town over with a footlocker that never gets anything, and a shiekh that never really gets stuff either, and when they do they only get one pair in each size. Sucks big time, but I usually just drive back down tothe bay from where I usually get my kicks at, so I guess it's not that bad. I'm lucky to not have to worry about paying for school, Cal Grants FTW, butI need to try to slow down. I have been buying a lot recently from the buy/sell forum on here, but I really need to stop buying so many kicks all the time.

Damn son, sucks for you. Theres nothing to do in Pullman... Im at Oregon State in Corvallis,Oregon about to graduate this June. Ive had to pass on multipleJordans due to tuition and living expenses. But luckily the fam here on NT is always selling good shoes for decent prices.

Pullman can't be worst than Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Our main attraction is Wal Mart. Heck Wal Mart is better than the mall no lie lol.

I go to Central State in Wilberforce OH,and yea its a lil rough but jordan hasnt released any heat yet so im not worried about anything....
but i still manage to buy SB blazers and dunks.....like dude said just plan ahead for the MUST have shoes

You guys on here are more responsible than I was in college. I was using my refund check to cop J's instead of payingmy bills like Iwas supposed to. Therewere a few times when I spent the rent money on J's but its cool now because I'm getting my degree in a week!!!

I go to Michigan State University in East Lansing and here all we have are the usual Footlocker, Finish line, and etc. Most of my purchases have been back atMetro Detroit. Nothing here but a drive back home kind of cures my sneaker pains.

How much money do you all spend on your shoes, and how much do you save? Im in high school working weekends and I make a lil over 100 a week. On average, forEVERYTHING I buy, I spend about 1-1.5K a year. I try to save as much money as possible, but Im the only person I know that does this. I mean ppl at my schoolare 17 and in DEBT!!! That seems straight up ******ed and irresponsible to me, I could never imagine doing that.

I only buy the releases I reaaaaally want now, Id love to spend all my money, but hey, its dumb.

if u love shoes that mch just get the shoes that u can't do without if u are strapped for cash....If u are haing trouble finding spots in your new cityeither order online, or keep in touch with people from home to keep your old connects going!

YEah...I go to San Diego State University and Im even thinking about selling some of my Jays just to keep the lights on...

I started going to college and had to cut down on shoes. rather quit the shoe game than quit school. if i'm not going to wear it, i ain't buying it.that's why I'm going to pass on the pack.
