they werent below $150, nike authentics were that price right when they got out of the NBA
the price only went up every year pretty much.
$150-160 at that time. might have to look around. i know when i went looking through my basement almost a year ago i had a few older NBA catalogs from 04/05 and 06
but my mom went on a cleaning spree, hopefully she didnt trash them. will look tomorrow

Nike authentics were $140 until they lost the contract.
Most reebok teams around that time were $150. A few teams were $170 though. Magic jersey with the stars, pinstripe pacers, jazz are a few I can think of. Why they cost $20 more was beyond me. Reebok charged slightly more for size 60 though while nike didn't.
A much younger me was an assistant manager at this jersey store called sports treasures from 02-04. It was the equivlant to a crackhead being in a crack house.
I used to get 30% off everything in store with no tax. Damn near my entire paycheck would go to size 56 and 60 Mitchell and ness and authentic jerseys that were way to big for me.
It was some older Mitchell and ness stuff in store dudes would love to get their hands on these days.

worst thing is that probably in 2024 we'll be crying and missing todays prices
bad thing about authentic jerseys and shorts from these days is they weren't made exactly the same as game worn trickots.
i'm not a fan of adidas (stripes everywhere... sleeves) and i wasn't fan of revolution30 (because of higher prices)
but right now i have few game worns and authentic shorts/jerseys and i have to said that: i love it.
extremaly comfortable, light, great to wear and play
and most important thing, the r made the same way as game issued trickots
but prices...
