Looking forward to the Moto announcement tomorrow... give me a better battery and camera and I'm sold on a 2015 Moto X. Those are literally my only complaints of my 2014 X... battery isn't great and lowlight troubles with the camera, other than that I love it.

Rumored Moto X 2015 specs leak
3600+mAh battery - 5.5" FHD display - 21MP Main Camera, 5MP front Camera - Dual SIM version available - SIM + MicroSD Integration Card Slot - Android 5.1.1

And there's talk of a 5.2 "Sport" version too.

I was happy with the 5.2inch size on the '14 Moto X, but .3 increase with THAT kind of battery increase? Hell yes, along with staying with a 1080p display should mean we finally get great battery life out of it. Give me a better camera and I'm sold. No fingerprint scanner is a disappointment if it doesn't have one, but not a dealbreaker for me.

DAMN

I'm also interested in the price... the 2014 Moto X was awesome because it started at $500 and they had a few sales where you could knock off $140 off the price of the phone. AND  you could customize it how you'd like if you were into that. So you ended up getting a really good flagship for 400-440 bucks with a memory upgrade and a wood/leather back. So if they still offer it at a good value off-contract, this should be a great choice for most people.

I'll hold my breath because last year there were rumors of a big battery too and that didn't work out, but I'm on board if it's true. I'm in no rush to upgrade my phone, though... but if they offer one of their discounts down the line, I'll gladly upgrade if the price is right.

More pics of the Note 5. Looks like a bigger S6. Not sure why they didn't include the rumored usb type-c

lawwwd. if true.

I thought 5.2" was perfect. I'll take 5.5 though.

I'll probably swoop it 6 months after release. Still loving my X right now.

maybe its not mainstream enough yet... i think more people are willing to get a cheap adapter first before fulling switching over...
looks like the s pen is a spring action or magnetic? im glad the speaker is on the bottom but im not sure about headphone jack being on the bottom also.. i dont take selfies but my wife and most people do... why didnt they move the heart rate monitor/ selfie button on the side of the camera? i think it would have been better to have stayed on the bottom of the camera

Awesome pricing for the OP2, but considering they're hyping it as the 2016 flagship killer, they definitely chose where to cut corners on that kind of price. No NFC, no wireless charging, no quick charging, that could be an issue for some.

But again, you're getting a great price on that phone, so it's going to come with compromises.

Neither have I, but it's showing up more and more and even my Galaxy Nexus from a few years ago had NFC. I just read that OnePlus said their users didn't ever use NFC so that's why they didn't include it, but it's definitely an early complaint.
