That's probably not a google issue and most likely an APN/carrier issue. Double check to make sure you have the correct APN settings.
You mean like the Play Music widget? Or do you mean for a specific song?

It sends and receives MMS fine when I'm on data tho. Only dosent work when I'm connected to WiFi. That could still be apn settings?

people who are going to get the moto x style, how worried are you about the battery life? the display is going to drain the battery a lot and the battery is not replaceable. still debating on moto x and OP2

I'm more worried about the fact that Lenovo cut the software engineering team Motorola had in place who were responsible for what made the phone great. This phone might make the cut but going forward I would be hesitant to purchase a Moto/Lenovo device. Or it could have slow updates due to this shakeup and dissapoint.

If the new Nexus 5 supports Verizon My next phone choices go: Nexus 5 = iPhone >>> Moto X 2015

I'm hoping the display is more efficient and the battery life is at least good, it doesn't have to be great. Give me better than last year's Moto X and I'm good.. I don't need it to be 2 days worth of battery life, just improved over last year.

Tmobile insurance.  $175 and i get the same Z3.  File claimed today Monday 8/17.  Will see how long it takes.

You should have it before the end of the week. Make sure to send back your device within the time frame they give you, otherwise you will end up being charged for both phones.

Girlfriend is getting me a phone. Choices are N6 and Note 4. I plan on keeping it for a while too so longevity is important to me. Thoughts?

:nerd:

These days, longevity depends on software support. I'd go with the Nexus, but I'm also biased towards Nexus devices.

Might end up going with the note cause I like touchwiz and I can always flash a different ROM if I need to. They essentially have the same specs and the Note 4 camera is better.

Yeah. But if you flash an aosp rom the camera and battery gets worse. Just stay with a touchwiz based rom and you'll be fuego
T-Mobile skipping pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+, sales open Tuesday
Looking to get yourself a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 or Galaxy S6 Edge+? You know these phones will be hot, and with the release coming up this Friday, August 21st, everyone is looking to sign up for those pre-orders before stocks run out.

But what if your carrier is not holding any pre-orders yet? Such was the case with T-Mobile, but the carrier decided to surprise us with an even better treat. Magenta is skipping pre-orders altogether and will go straight to direct sales.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere took it to Twitter to give us the good news. You can put your name to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and/or a Galaxy S6 Edge+ starting tomorrow, August 18th. Sales start at 6 AM Pacific, so make sure you have your credit card ready!

These cuts that lenovo is making has me worried about picking up that moto x. Leads me to believe they'll be little to no support for it. Bummer.

Did yall have trouble getting used to the Nexus size? I've used a 6+ before but the Nexus is wider I believe.
