You are one lucky man :nthat:

Looking to upgrade the suspension on my Lexus IS300.. I live in NYC/Albany so would I be better off going with spring/shocks instead of coilovers? Was originally thinking of throwing some BC racing coilovers on but I heard about the wear and tear that the cold weather and salt can do to them. Anyone on here have experiences with coilovers in the winter?

Damn this looks nice. I'd take this over some BMWs tbh.
Wasn't aware the CC looked this good.

Thanks man! VW really did a great job with this car. When I was getting a new car I was thinking g37...then saw the cc and liked it way more.

I don't think I've seen one irl tbh. Being in Europe BMWs, Audis and Mercedes' are about as common as it gets so I'm suprised to see a VW looking that nice.

I like the new cc and I hate it. Love what they did with the LED lights but hate the new grill.

Power is def not that crazy...that's why I want to move up to a 335....but tuned this 4 cyl can move! And the DSG is awesome. I was thinking about going to stage 2 but my lease is up in a year and I don't wanna invest in it. But in stage one I get wheel spin from 1st to 2nd

Ive got BC coils on my IS350 and they ride great. We don't have too bad of winters down here but it really just depends how low you want to go. Im looking to sell my coils and wheels now and raise it back up.

what up im from syracuse so i know the bad winter thing. had a 2004 gs with bc-r coilovers and they didn't really give me any problems until towards the end of 2 years the ride started to suffer im not sure if they were blown or what but i traded it in instead of dealing with it since i was in the market anyways. i would prolly go with springs/shocks set up if i was to do it again.

I'm I the only one who likes huge, obnoxious, raised trucks? Lol maybe it's for me living out in the country now. Nothing like killing an animal, and gutting it in the back of your truck to eat later. Can't do that with a 2 door

Nope. Only thing stopping me from copping an F250 and lifting it is the chally, I gotta have that car  But I'll eventually end up in a lifted truck, it's in my southern blood

I see you Niidawg :smokin

What mod friendly VW dealer do you go to famenycity1?

Lol unfortunately I don't go to a dealer and abuse the free matinence from VW. My warranty would be instantly voided if I came in with my engine tune. But my homie owns a shop in Brooklyn and hooks me up with oil changes and tire rotations and whatever I need free of cost.
