Turbin has a high ankle sprain...think the Hawks are just updating their emergency RB list with bringing in FJ in case Turbin can't go.
Hawks also have interest in recently released DT Phil Taylor.

Yea, though I actually think Fred Jackson could contribute right away. His blocking and pass catching ability is top tier.

always been a huge fan of Fred so I would love for him to be here.
@dontbelikethat I saw someone mention on .NET Kam is asking for 100% fines to be waived? I sifting through so I dont know if that come from a reliable source or not.
Hopefully this news Hsu dropped hints at the two sides possible getting this worked out soon

I don't think they should waive the fines 100% at this point. Otherwise it'll just incentivize guys to pull this same thing down the line.
Hope their close to an agreement though. would have no problem with Kam getting the Antonio Brown treatment.

I think the standard is usually waiving 100% of fines to get guys back in camp, but they gotta send a message by only doing 70%. Can't allow this to happen again.

Yea I agree, they shouldnt do 100% at this point.
Bruce did an interview yesterday or the other day, and he gave pretty good insight. He was saying he can see where Kam is coming from and that he does deserve that money, BUT the team NEEDS him out there right now. Dougie also said in that Hawaii article in SI, that only after getting Kam on board for the Hawaii trip, were the rest of the defense willing to fly out and join the festivities. Dougie called Kam the "Godfather" of the locker room.
So with those two statements from team members, I do kinda feel that the lack of Kam out there is affecting the team somehow, some way....even if he is still mentoring the younger safeties daily. And because of that, I do not think 100% of fines should be waived, but he should get the Marshawn/Antonio Brown treatment with his money.

On another note...did you guys see the article about the D-Line and getting a nickname? You think the whole defense should be the LOB or should the D-Line, LB group, and secondary all have different names? I like the whole defense being the LOB. I saw a comment saying the D-line could be the Blue Screen of Death

Tharold Simon looks good since getting healthy this off-season...dare I say better than Cary.
Idc who Frank was playing against, kid is an beast and relentless.
Please come back Kam, this defense has the potential to easily be better than any other in the PCJS era. Depth, Talent and Healthy

Totally agree about the defense. All of a sudden there's depth everywhere again.
