Still 9 new tracks I haven't heard. Not crazy about the features (although I'm a fan of Ed and Lana), but it is what it is. I can't believe my expectations are low for a project from homie.

Guys, I'm scared of what this album is going to be like...

I know its unwarranted, but I feel like he's betrayed the OG (Mixtape trilogy) fans.\

I'm hearing rumors of Kanye and Ed Sheeran features? WTF !!

I have a feeling IT90s is the song Acquainted. This tracklist lowered my expectations as well.

Man, get outta here . Album will dope and y'all will be wondering why you even questioned him.

That Lana Del Rey feature is long overdue though :pimp:.

Why are you guys down? I was expecting only 7 songs to be new. 9 new songs is great tbh

I'm cautiously intrigued by the features

I was good until I read that interview with the times. I tried to ignore it when you all were discussing it. But my cynicism kicked in after I read it for myself. I hope it delivers, but we'll see man.

I was beyond excited for a new project, but after the interview, and now this tracklist... Who knows man.

The interview definitely scared the hell out of me. My point is more so how can a track list scare you guys so much

I'm giving him a shot, I'm nervous about the interview but the track list doesn't add any extra doubt

I'm just happy for new music lol.

If there's anything I've learned from reppin XO... Is never doubt Abel. He hasn't disappointed yet.

Yeah, recently a lot of the stuff has been questionable but nothing has been "bad."

24 days left

I'm still going in it with an open mind. I've already accepted that the trilogy days are behind us, and I've appreciated the music for the most part. As long as it's not an album full of KotF-esque tracks, I'm sure I'll rock with it.

But I won't hide my disdain for them adding Earned It on there. I recognize that song's importance in my dude's career... But I fail to identify its necessity on the album.

Rolling Stone is perfect. [emoji]128532[/emoji].

Still excited...but not super hype.

I can finally listen to in the 90s, now, though.

You heard half of that one song. That's 8 to 9 new tracks. Roughly how long his mixtapes were worth of new material. I think you'll survive.

It's virtually 9 new songs. That's more than I was expecting anyway.

Kiss land had 10 tracks and I believe a number of those tracks leaked well before the album released

I was expecting king of the fall and in the 90s to be on the album so only 7 new tracks. Not mad at all at 9 new tracks

Earned it on the album = a move for his new fans and a higher probability that more people will purchase it. They'll see two songs (not just one) that they know and recognize. It's more $$ for Weeknd in the end so I'm ok with it.

The album probably won't sound/feel like a cohesive project. Songs are all over the place. How is Earned It in the middle of the album? At least throw it at the end as sort of a bonus track.

I gotta get a hold of myself. I'm in a bad mood over a tracklist .

You kind of just answered your own question

They had higher expectations than you did.

I'm just whatever about it, really. I stopped caring after that interview, and I'll just take it one song at a time from here on.

I understand linking Earned It to the album so that he can further lead those fans to the album for more support.
