...they could just use a bigger box. its not like vic's came in a huge bubble. if they are as "limited" as they're making them out to be, i don't see why that would be too outrageous. jordan xviis came with a briefcase, so its not crazy.

again, y'all really think nike will cut into it's profits to give this release a bigger box and one time air bubble?

you can't compare a jordan numbered shoe to a 27th anniversary air max....27th really?

nike knows that anything will sell, why would they even need to go all out with some special bubble and box for the avg consumer

they just need to provide that service to their celebs who in turn post up on social media and that hype trains just picks up more steam

i believe they would have shown that bubble-case before the release/preorder to assist in hype

I didn't say they WERE going to do it, but you guys make it seem so unfathomable. It's a cardboard box, plastic, and air for goodness sake. Not gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

I understand the whole creating hype through celebs or whatever, and I'm not saying EVERY pair will come with special packaging. Did you guys even see the box the AM1 clots came in? So it's not IMPOSSIBLE, because that box definitely "cut into their profits" more than a plastic bubble.

you probably have a better chance of having the 3 kings show up at your door baring those gifts than ordering these 3.26 showing up in a bubble...if nike does release the regular pairs in a bubble i'll have no choice but to swallow my words, but you can't really be comparing this release to a CLOT collab

CLOT releases have a history of special packaging because its a special cw collab. not to mention i dont't think that special box was for all the shoes of the recent CLOT release, was it? this is nike alone just digging deeper into peoples pockets just because they can. really they just took an og cw and since they know how hot a volt cw is decided to throw it on there, stamp it 3.26 and get their registers ready

to those that actually like this cw that's their opinion and i have nothing against it. my whole thing to begin with was not understanding those who wanted this cw just to repaint a part of it to get it close to the older releases, but not understanding how they would hide the tongue and outer sole with the volt hits. then came along the bubble post

Asside all this amd 1 talk does anyone own the geometrics? Could hear some personal opinions on them, on the fence about ordering a pair

Anybody know of any euro sites that still have the Germany camo colorway for sale? I struck out on Google. Clowns on eBay want almost $300 and they've all been sitting over a month.

what size?

mind you if you're like me and ended up striking out big time on the initial release, only way to obtain was resell market. if i wanted to let them go, i'd def try to at least make back what i spent to get them. that could be one of the reasons you see those inflated prices on ebay. the other reason is people who purchased at retail just want to take advantage of the dried up market, but fail to realize the demand might not be what they expected.

I wear a 10. I'm holding out for a restock I guess. All of the other camo colorways have restocked at least once.
