no... those were used as promotional incentives to get retailers and celebs to hype up the release... the rest of the world got red boxes

A bit of an outsider to this thread, but why is the midsole piss yellow?
At best, you may get something shown dozens of pages back of pristine OGs that are slightly aged, or something shown here:

At worst, it may be something like this air trainer 1, which likely sat on display since it was worn in the late 1980s

Agreed. These things are trash, why would you want yellow/volt midsoles? I'm good with my HOA pack still.

Not bad at all, repped. My local boutique had the night tracks on sale for $75 and me and my boy copped a pair. I went with the red ones. Word of advice, they run big, like a half size. The shape is amazing on these. Also, the 3M is freaking insane. The Hyperfuse is spun with 3M, and so are the laces. So much doper than the reflective Hyperfuse at the outlets.

I have the OGs and even though I rather have the 09s they aren't bad at all. They'll hold me over til they do them right again.
