Wasn't it SPOTs that didn't come in a 13 at all? think there are only size 13 samples floating around. (please correct if I'm wrong).

Yes. 2nd quarter dunks like Concords, WoF, FTCs will have 13 and up.

There was a production error at the factory for the 1st quarter with which is why you don't see the McRad, SPoT, etc in size 13 or above

I don't understand how or why the Paparazzis are still selling on eBay for ≥$150 when there are still FSRs sitting out there. This whole screenshot of a receipt on eBay fascinates me... and it also gives me a major headache trying to wrap my brain around what has happened with sneaker culture lately.  Just hoping I'll be able to get a pair of the Rukus dunks without too much hassle... the last few shots of those have completely sold me.
