Seeing that your supremes looked pretty good I'd think you can trust the guy. But it wouldn't be anything wrong with asking why the lace bag is detached from the skunks if they're DS and then go from there. On another note though you may be able to use that to your advantage as a reason to drive price down to at least $400 flat. I know the lace bags is a big deal to collectors and unless this guy knows you personally he won't know whether you're getting them for wearing purposes or straight collection.

he didnt contact me for the stars either... i asked for an estimation when he would receive his shipment and dude never answered. i hate sellers that dont answer a buyers question or even hit em back with a reply luckily like you i got mine for retail for $116 shipped and not at $140 or whatever he eneded up charging

You guys do realize there is no lace bag for the skunks right. SMH..
I wasn't sure so I asked the guy, he said it was detached. The only blue box I own are Guccis and I happen to have a lacebag with them (although that can be from a different pair of shoes). Thanks for clearing that up...

I concur but to each is his own. Only thing i would buy used is a car, house and perhaps a woman but I wouldn't be buying if you catch my drift. Not too many V's around these daysHonestly, I can't buy used kicks. Maybe, when I was younger. But now, nah. Just not my thing.

Its a blue box, so no lace bag at all, detached or not. To me its always a bit of a red flag when a shoe of that 'level' is shown with a lacebag. Sure you could pull one from another pair, but I wouldn't if I was selling something, so its just another factor when examining a highly sought after pair..

Technically that's not true, the first blue box releases came with lace bags, up until about Fall of 09. But the skunks came out in 10 and yeah lace bags were gone by then.

If Charles doesn't answer, I'd go straight to Dave (owner of Bluetile) and hit him up. I think he left Charles in Charge (heh heh 80s) of his buying/purchasing and selling his SBs out of the shop.

Pretty much everything that came out right after the Gold Box which ended at the beginning of 09 so from February-June maybe July the dunks came with lace bags.

I have a pink box filled with woodgrain tissues and lace bags
it's funny back then, I didn't want them in lace bags, I kept everything in mason jars
now, I think the mason jar looks tacky and am moving individual pairs back to the lace bags
