The Buffalo-head and old "kings" logo are etter than the current ones, but the Blue Jackets and Coyotes are way better than the old ones.

eehhhhh to be fair people watch these sports for different reasons.


Basketball playoffs are about great players proving themselves definitively as being great. People don't want random chance or injury deciding things they want the outcome to be as definitive as possible.


Hockey doesn't work that way, people watch it to see people despratley fight against things that they can't control, they want to see underdogs, and the lower class/middle class players loom as large as the superstars.



It's clear in the make up of the media.

basketball media = filled with former HOF players/coaches.

Hockey media = filled a lot of former mediocre to terrible players/coaches.

^ This was gonna be the major issue with playing a much better team. Flames just don't have the goaltending to win. I didn't check but probably lost on FO again and defense was horrible last night lol.

I try to watch bball but seeing fouls occur often slow the pace for me and I get bored. Maybe they changed it for playoffs? Bulls advanced though
