Wait, who wouldn't be looking for a full refund? You'd let them keep your money without giving you anything in return just to have credit with them in the future?! Can't wrap my head around that. Besides, as far as their twitter shows, everyone who didn't get a pair has already had their charges reversed, so store credit isn't even an option.

Obviously everyone's charge is still pending. They ran the reversals though, so asking for store credit at this point seems like a terrible idea.
 
Wow! Just got my BTP's in. Ordered a 9.5. The box is a 9.5...but the shoes are a 10

wow thats a bummer! same thing happened to me with the westnyc alpine guide. luckily they still fit. hopefully you can sell it and get your size.
 
Has anyone ever dealt with a guy named Jason Wang with the email jwang@greenhillscc.com? Trying to buy a pair of concepts and his invoice looks sketchy. The invoice won't show in my app, and when I try to open it in regular window it opens another window that had history.paypal in the browser.

In any case, I bought it from END when they did the 20% off, so with shipping it was $135.95. I knew it was going to drop soon in the US but at around the same price mark, so I just went ahead and copped.

Can you share any pics.

I am not exactly sure what u mean but as long as you can open his invoice in your paypal account, everything should be good. If you cannot see in your paypal account its fake.

Despite the 15 pending charges I'm still waiting for, the shoes I must say are well done. Am I upset about the money , a little but I understand that they went to a new system to prevent bots. I rather they test the system prior to releasing the bugged program. I also don't think it's concepts fault , they went with a 3rd party that assured them that the program they are purchasing will work. Obviously there was a flaw. Not every program is perfect ( I work IT) for example healthcare.gov when that launch , it caused a fiasco (Social Security numbers were opened). This incident will just keep concepts aware of future releases IMO

So just to share what happened:

8:55ish am my page monitor from the Lux Goods NB release page goes off. I check it out and BOOM the shoes are up. I try and get a pair. It takes a couple minutes because Chrome had blocked an unsafe script (the shipping info page) but once I allowed it I was able to input and checkout- 8:58 everything was gravy, got my confirmation email. 

9:00 am page was down. Oh well.

11:00 am release happens. You know the craziness. Managed to grab a 10.5 in the flurry with different payment info and got order conf.

Then shipping confirmation rolls around and I get it for my 11:00 am order but not for the other.

So today I @cncpts on twitter and we have that little exchange. I forwarded them my email confirmation from pre release, they asked me how it happened, I explained. 

In response, they say:
We think the first order you placed was deleted by the third party organization to cover their mistake. Sincerely appreciate the help. 

We are going to try and figure out who removed your order, and then see if we can find a size 13 that might be left over at our NYC store. We unfortunately sold out of all stock online and here in Cambridge (we don't fake sell out releases) but will try to see if we can find a way to invoice you for that 13. 
So as far as I'm concerned, gg cncpts.

i just e-mailed their customer service regarding my order and the sizing mishap. Hope they're able to do something about it.
 
I'd rather wait awhile for shipping than have to go thru that HORRIBLE online fiasco. Say what you want about Kith but fact is they are money when it comes to online releases. None of this concepts amateur hour garbage

Good lord thank you for saying that. I have no idea how a shop can royally F up a release and receive the, I'll just say kudos to be nice, they are receiving. especially since this isn't their first sub par online release. Good for them for communicating but when peoples money (multiple charges btw) is getting held without confirmation they actually got the shoe you better communicate. No cookies for doing what you should. If this was Kith it would be crazy in that thread right now.
 
I got my Cncpts today, and they corrected the shipping issue I had of the "state" reverting to AL, which based on their IG post it sounds like it was a problem that occurred to numerous folks. I do still have an additional charge pending for a non-existent order, but I'm sure it'll be taken care of soon.

What I don't get is how the ghost charges weren't automatically credited back. I swear I've had similar purchase errors in the past with other sites and the "refund" occurred almost immediately. Just don't see how it didn't clear all these charges first thing this morning, if not over the weekend.

I feel horrible for all the peeps with 5, 10 or (*gulp* - poor joelom...) 44 charges. I was just really lucky to have gotten to the party 90 mins after the drop and was able to read about all the issues you guys had before I fell into the "buy button-mashing" quagmire.
 
Got my Misfits in the mail today and am pretty disappointed. Glue stains, paint streaks, terrible lace selection. Not a fan of the orange to off/white fade on the midsole. Just all around poorly executed. I doubled up and am returning my second pair. Using the one pair as gym beaters.
