SUITS APPRECIATION VOL USA

It'd only open the door a bit and how ****** up would it be to have Mike back there with Rachel reassigned somewhere else? (or are you suggesting she gets fired? Cuz after the deal she made with Jessica that would be hard).

Anyway Mike is still a fraud lawyer and didn't get a degree or pass the bar while he was an investment banker so he'd be in the same exact position as before not being able to move up or ever get credit for any case he worked on.

he's a fraud lawyer but if someone looks him up, he's legit because he had that hacker girl put the stuff in for him again. If she didn't do that, he would've never walked from the SEC last season

the SEC guys would have been all over it this season, and would have had Harvey right where they want him. As for Rachel, I don't think she gets reassigned or fired, she quits because she cant continue to juggle both being a student and  associate ( she can't work under Louis, and Jessica can't stand her, so where else would she go)

That's on the surface. If the SEC dig hard enough, they'd find out he's a fraud.

Correct me if I'm wrong, he has a Harvard Law Degree, and a record at HLS. But did she hack in and ensure he passed the bar? I remember Jessica saying there was no record of him graduating from any college on the planet besides Harvard Law (which he would have had to have graduated before attending HLS).

Pearson Spector sure as hell shouldn't want Mike back with the SEC trollin around right now...

have a feeling next season will be mikes revenge. this season might end with him looking like everything is gone.

this season is 16 episodes long (USA might split up like they did last season) so i see mike being down for like 3 episodes before he snaps out of it and starts the comeback. of note the titles of the next couple of episodes are "we are done", "exposure" and "gone". So based on the last one, who is leaving?

mike's revenge?

he's got nothing left. can't go back to being a lawyer, investment banking isn't his thing, dropped his girl. like the preview said: rock bottom.. again.

based on the titles of the next episodes:

we are done - rachel and mike releationship is over

exposure - mike gets exposed by SEC or some other way

gone - mike drops off the face of the earth

series finale lol

In law exposure means you're liable and at risk of having a judgment rendered against you (either civil or criminal.)

Essentially I'm guessing in that episode Pearson Specter is going to be found to have committed some wrong doing.

Forstman with the power-play moves. Easy plot route USA may take, Mike being tired turns to desperate measures to secure employment and Harvey comes to the rescue 11th hour.

no way mike goes back to working with pearson specter. pretty dumb for the writers to return to the original dynamic between mike and harvey just a few episodes into the season after he just left the firm. and if he does return, that's pretty corny and too easy of an escape from the hole he is in now

It'd be cool to have like a timeskip. Nobody has seen or heard from Mike since, son comes back like a boss, completely reinvents himself, finest loyal wife as his right hand, mad money, buys Pearson-Spector push everybody out Hardman style, then puts Forthsman in the poor house

I didn't mean Mike will necessarily return to Pearson Specter or the legal field at all. I'm just saying Harvey will bail him out of a troublesome situation. Whether it's another IB firm or entirely new profession, who knows.

Im on the bring back Jenny crew, I didn't appreciate her enough the first time around

I think Rachel is out, once Harvey finds out that she is reason the deal fell apart, that basically lost him two clients and hurt someone he cares about (and lets not forget how Harvey feels about cheating) theres no way she can continue as his associate. This would open up the door for Harvey needing Mike again, specially with the SEC folks waiting to kick the door down.
Hope Rachel gets put out, but IDK if I want to see Mike go back. It'll just be him with paranoia all the time

He did have Lola hack into the bar and put his name in there towards the end of last season.

Yeah he did, I think he should be ok technically, But I think he paranoid because if the SEC talked to people at Harvard which they probably would then that would easily expose him

Hopefully Rachel is out the picture now...no good has come from her and Mike's relationship.
