Saw that live. I got worried a little when he didnt move.

From the replays he kept his hands on the steering wheel isnt that dangerous?

They're taught to take their hands off the wheel (don't want to break your hands from the wheel suddenly turning or getting crushed), but it's all split-second decision-making.  Instinctually, I guess the driver would want to try to control the car regardless.  Scary, no doubt... and incredibly lucky.

Back to the regularly scheduled events even though there was a lack of Merc footage for some reason.

Apparently engine related which won't surprise me.

Only saw the Mercs 4 times during the race... the start, the pitstops & the finish. LOL

Tough times for my McLaren...

Not the best to vent towards your team, but I feel ALO's frustration.

Yea, must be very frustrating for the whole team.

I liked Ron's interview with the BBC. I really hope Honda makes a big step next year.

I'm guessing it's cold and professional.

But what a crash by Sainz... scary.  Lucky to be completely ok.

Congrats to Mercedes on the repeat and congrats to Lewis for passing Senna on the All-Time wins list :smokin

Mercs back to back champions. Deserved too.

Lewis could sow up the championship next race too.

Unlucy for Nico

Ridiculously unlucky for Nico... had done everything right and was looking comfortable.

It's funny how the media kept mentioning Lewis surpassing Senna, when Vettel had done so the previous race (with barely any mention of it too).  I know Lewis is a huge Senna fan, but this sort of reporting is just poor.

Shame Alonso had a penalty... double-points woulda been nice.
