How many pairs to you estimate they had left of the volt/grey CW?

Sorry for the late reply. Talked to my guy at Mercer and he said they were pretty much all gone except for really small sizes (7). Hope you got your pair!

Does anyone know what the retail was on these?

How many pair out of the 100 do you think have been run in so far?

The damn hunt begins...

Can someone help me understand something? The flyknit+ refers to the volt/grey style in the OP right? What's with that midsole compared to the HTM pair? Different shoes, what are the model names? I seem to be missing it.

I assume the release versions will come this summer around the Olympics, no other releases are known before then though right?

I think that's right. There looks to be two (three if you count the mids) versions; 1) OP, 2) Flyknit with the Lunaracer tooling. I don't really how what the differences are between the HTMs and group pic on pg 2, other than they released earlier...

Flyknit Trainer is the black/white and white/volt/grey colorway. Limited to 100 pairs each.

Flyknit Racer is the blue one. Limited to 27 pairs, worn by US Olympic team during trials in January.

They are two different shoes.

My understanding is that they will also release the shoes without the HTM tag.

"Alongside the Nike Flyknit Racer (a marathon shoe), Nike will also release the Flyknit Trainer+, which weighs an astoundingly low 7.7 ounces. Expect the Nike Flyknit Racer and Flyknit Trainer+ to hit Nike retailers this July."

HTM Racer^
Identical to the Nike Flyknit Racer in function, it features the colors of the US Track and Field team. This version made its competition debut at the US Track & Field trials in January 2012.

HTM Trainer+  ^
The HTM Trainer+ pushes the boundaries of what Nike Flyknit could do and showcases the aesthetic possibilities of fabrics and colors and patterns.

Pushing the technology in new ways, the HTM Trainer+ also integrates the tongue for an enhanced fit and shows off the personalization potential of knit, with knit-in the numbers of each of the collectibles, 1 to 100.

HTM Trainer+ ^
The HTM Trainer+ features a more subtle complexity with a heathered, grey speckle in the fabric. It also features the Lunarlon midsole for all-day comfort.

I think there might be more than 27 pairs. 1948 in London got 12 pairs, Tokyo got some and they sold some at 21 Mercer. I think they are something in the 100 pair range.
Would like to know the exact numbers on the Racer.

There were 12 of the USA racers at 21 Mercer.  If there were 12 pair in London and 12 in Tokyo, I'd guess there are about 50 world wide other than what went to the USA track and field team.

i like those blue ones ....... hope they are more of a royal blue rather than carolina blue

at 21 mercer, the trainers were 160 while the racers were 170! to the few who have them, are they worth it?
