If you want it to fit similar to your LRG, you'd probably have to get an XL. Gucci's are usually fitted and are pretty short in length.
 
^thx man, appreciate it. I want a more fitted sweater now that im out of the highschool hiphop phase...plus white girls dont like that baggy %+% anyway

i had an emporio armani sweater in a large but it was a little loose so i sold it...so i guess ill roll with a medium on the gucci if i can convice myself tocop the sweater and pass on the next jordan cdp lol
 
my bad for asking another question, but could I pls get a quick auth check on this burberry polo? I don't know much about the burberry fakes yet...but iknow some of you guys can tell instantly...thx in advance

Did the price on Burberry polo's increase? I have about 4-5 Burberry polos that I purchased about a year or two ago and it was only $85 each. Unlessthat's the slim-fit polo then I think those cost a little higher.

I hate it though because Burberry, even in size small, still fit huge. It's too long and big. This was before they had the slim-fit polo's by the way.

Those looks pretty authentic though. Where did you purchase it that you have to get an authenticity check?

He has a sweater vest going for $275 so that should give you some clue
 
Nice bag ii2cky. I'm just not big on nylon thats why I never considered Prada messengers but that looks pretty good.

Dre's jacket looks nice but I hate the big "B" and "35" logos. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a big logo in the back of thejacket too.
 
I doubt it, the "B" and "35" are part of the athletic influence. Think of it as a high-end letterman jacket.

Apparently they did increase the price, they retail at bloomingdales online for $95...

...also the polo isnt mine (yet) im in the process of arranging an online deal for it, just wanted to confirm the authenticity on it before i make thepurchase...i like purchasing online cuz im from toronto so the canadian retail is so damn high

and the sizing annoys me too...my sz. small lacoste polo flaps of my waist, even though i wear a sz. 32W jean...i guess burberry will be no different
 
Lacoste fits real wide width-wise but are short length-wise so that may cause the flapping on your waist. Burberry are more straight width-wise (slimmercomapred to Lacoste) and also longer length-wise. Sleeves are also slightly longer on the Burberry than Lacoste.

I understand ordring onlin to save a couple of bucks but I would suggest going to the store that sells Burberry polos so you can try them on in person to thehassle of returning, etc...

Good luck with the purchase though.
 
I would also suggest trying a burberry polo on prior to buying one online. I have 10+ slimfits and I have to get XXL even though I normally wear L or XL withother brands, even XL Brooks Brothers slimfits. Because of this I would try them on first.
 
Went to LV on Sunday with my friends from NYC that were in town for Caribana. I saw the Damier Beanie & Scarf I actually liked them, I'm not a Scarftype dude but I will be getting that Beanie. I forgot when I left to see if they'll fix my coin pouch and tighten the screws on my Evidence's, I'llpost pics of my shoe pickup in a few.

Burberry (and Lacoste, if anybody cares) raised the prices on their polos. I'm assuming it came from the manufacturer since it happened at all theretailers that carry them.

I'm not too familiar with Burberry's polos, but I know they all fit differently. I had bought a couple about 5 years ago when I was NY (all size L):wow:ne fit perfect and one was TINY... the newer ones I see are HUGE!

I've only had my Evidence's for a couple weeks and the arm bars are very loose.
 
^^ yeah, up to about a year ago, Burberry started playing around with how their polos fit. It is right around the same time Lacoste started making slim fitpolos and the whole fitted look became a fad. Burberry even made different quality polos at different price-points. They had a Nordstrom exclusive Burberrypolo that retailed for $65, it's slightly worst quality and it didn't have the novacheck on the collar buttons. Then they also have soem polos that gofor $180-$250 and it's not even from the prorsum line.

Burberry has actually toned down their nova-check pattern and will be used only for lining or accents. No more jackets or hats that is nova-check prints asthey feel like their are losing their luxurious image because everyone is wearing it.

Yea, ill see if i can find somewhere to try on some to check the fit....and i like the nova accents, reason i never bought burberry is cuz i think theyused to od on the print...kind of how louis and gucci are toning down the monogram usage and making it more discrete (black on black, etc.) or sticking to thered-green stripe or damier print instead of the flocking logo patterns

i would expect the prices of ALOT of brands basic products will be increasing slightly in the next 6-12 months or so, or the quality will be droppping, becauseof the weakness of the dollar an what not right now. Several employees oversea production companies and blank companies have told me this recently, so itsprobably something will will be seeing in the near future. high end brand or not

^^ Stanford Shopping Mall has 3 more ( 2 LV, 1 Bloomingdales ) and the LV in Downtown was sold out as of Sunday.
