Yes it seemed like the email address was linked to a database at nike allowing you to reorder. The rep I talked to searched and found my email along with my contact info. So just because your shoes were cancelled doesn't automatically mean you get to reorder yet. The rep said this is all new so imagine there will be some kinks in the system especially at the start.
Got the email from ndc for the Oreo (ordered us10 last time). Call the 1800 number and its all good.
They gonna ask you for the old booking no, and dont forget to ask them for 20% off + upgrade shipping.
Waiting for the confirmation email now *fingers crossed*

Thanks for the info guys.  I didn't get the email yet, but my order was cancelled before.  I guess since there was a special number to call or whatnot, that is why I wasn't able to order them.

if you didn't get the email i assume you didnt make the cut to order the pairs they found. maybe if there's remaining pairs or they found stock again another round of emails might go out.

man, nike is really dropping the ball here, they won't let me order the oreos after cancellation, and the santa monica isn't picking up
It's comments like this that made it seem like you did get the email.  It's hard to see IMO how Nike is "dropping the ball" when they won't let people order who were not even invited to do so.

well, you're probably correct.  However, when talking to them on the phone, they said that it was impossible that people were ordering the shoes through nike.  All they had to do was ask if I had the email, and say that they are going through the process in order of who gets the emails first or whatnot.

i think the best thing for you to do is wait
The email put a dateline for ppl to reorder
maybe then the unclaimed allocation would be offered to those who havent got the email

Just placed my order with Nike.  Has anyone with two cancellations called twice?

They didn't even ask for my old order number, just took down my CC info.

comments well before mine such as by mech who said "they didn't even ask for my old order number", along with at least 5 other people saying they got theirs ordered (with only one or two mentioning an email) caused me to think "people like me" would be able to order them.

they actually check the order # through the email if not, vice versa email through order #.. spoke to a lady today she had looked up my # and saw the email regarding the 20% off with upgraded shipping..

what i was told is that they manually input the order for the pre-existing one by overriding the system with a "new" card to purchase

When did you call in to place your order? I just placed mine this afternoon and they said it would take 3 business days to process since they are doing all the orders manually. Also, how did you end up getting them for free since your totals show all $0.00?

I called last night around 10:45pm ET. No clue why it shows 0.00 but I gave them my cc info but I don't mind free. lol
Nike rep told me 3 business days as well also, he also mentioned that invoice will be delivered separately meaning racers will ship via FedEx and they will mail me invoice via usps. That's what Nike rep told me last night

Well, I guess I'll just patiently wait for my email.


On a side note, I called RRS about the blue lagoons.... The guy knew exactly what shoe it was. He said that a company wide email went out reprimanding those that allowed the preorders, and that the new policy is that they will not allow preorders.... Which is probably why people are striking out with those orders as of late.

How much were you charged? Aren't we all supposed to be charged $120.00 plus our respective taxes in each state?
