Have ZERO idea. There used to be the Double Z play in the Quarters defense that would automatically double the Z receiver, but I haven't seen that play in years.
To stop the run, I rotate between the 4-6 defense with blitzes up the middle or the 4-3 Under Edge Sting. The last one is an excellent blitz to get to the QB in the 2 or even 3 (depending on how good your Man Coverage is in the Secondary) WR sets.
It may help if I tell you I play exclusively with the Raiders.

Press down on the d-pad that will bring up the player options. Flick the right stick down and then pick a button for your guy to cover. You're welcome.

EA, we do everything you ask of us, you tell us "jump", we ask "how high?"...


Can you just ******g pay attention to what's going on in the NFL and get the roster updates right? For ***** sake it's bad enough that you guys can't even edit players, can you at least get the ratings/rosters right?

Right? :lol: Both had equally dreadful performances.

At least with Stafford the hype is warranted, he accomplished things only a handful of NFL qbs have ever done prior to him (5000+ yards, 41 TDs)...

still aint better than vick...

but back to the madden...does anyone know how to throw the back shoulder fade??? any way to stop these off tackle outside runs??? i get murdered by these...its cray

Yeah, not better than Vick, even though he's accomplished more as a QB in one season than Vick has in his illustrious career. :lol:


The kid Stafford is nice, deal with it. I don't even dislike Vick, I actually like fam. But objectively, Stafford has potential to be one of the league's best and perhaps a HOFer.

Can't say that about even prime Vick.

Anyone else having trouble with the fades? Especially in the endzone. 90% of the time when I try to go up for a jump ball my player does nothing. No attempt to catch the ball what so ever just keeps on running in whichever direction. I used to be money with user catching jump balls.

smfh.. I was losing 21-17 going into the 4th.. I come back 31-21 with 11 seconds to go and the game just effing stops on me.. I thought dude plugged the plug but no onne log on right now.. this %$#@ piss me off...................................................................................
