So me and my gf (3yrs) broke up 2 months ago because she wanted to be single and enjoy her life and today i found out she's been hanging with this dude. not the point tho. I've been seeing her best friend because we were both in relationship problems at the same time and we knew each other throughout hs. we've been seeing each other to give each other advices and %!$+. so about 2 weeks ago, she completely ended with her bf and i was done with mine. we started hanging out more often after our breakup and i caught feelings. took her to the laker game yesterday and i kissed her. i guess my ex found out that I've took her best friend to see the game and she got sensitive as hell and posted some bs on fb. problem is, i do have feelings for her but at the same time, i feel guilty as hell. am i being soft? this is weirdest feeling I've ever felt. i don't know if its morally wrong to date my exs best friend or i should be like !*@# it let me do me and chase the girl i like. help me nt fambs! %!$+ is more stressful than i thought.

its just the fact that she's her best friend. i wouldn't give a dime @*+* if she was just a friend but its her best friend. or is this the part where i say yolo?

Shes obviously a rebound... There are like 3-4 billion girls on this Earth. It is a douche move to go after your girl's bff. How would you feel if your ex dates one of your closest homies? You know what you were getting into when you invited her to the Lakers game. I think you need some solitude time to reflect. You just got out of a 3 yr relationship. You're still young and its not the time to eff around, just stay on the grind.

she's not a rebound. i know when a girl is my board and when she isn't. but thats what im worried about... karma. 
 
Yep you are being too soft. She was cool when she thought you were thinking bout her. Now she's hot cause you moved on and you feel guilty. Move on and let the ex be bitter.
 
Don't act in spite. You two had a 3 year relationship. That's her best friend. Either way, someone's feelings will be hurt. I and no one else can tell you what's right because they don't know the entire situation. Whatever you and the best friend decide, be open and upfront.
 
Like others have said, she wanted to be single and enjoy life without you.
