Which do you guys prefer ?

I just graduated from school and i have the opportunity to move into my godfather's guest house in the Valley near L.A , but after seeing some of these threads with Latinas i think I want to stay , lol.


But yeah , as far as girls ,jobs,transportation which do you think is better to reside ?

Does L.A get boring fast ?

Advice please .

CA > NY

Weather is better here, all other factors are generally pretty similar. The Valley is most white folks though and it gets stupid, stupid hot.

only housing market that's on the rise.

economy is growing faster than any other state.

dont have all the different types of yambs, but you will see some of THE finest white, black, and mexican chicks. (not big on asians, doe)

schools are cheaper, apartments are cheaper, and jobs are in more of an abundance.

many major corporations are moving their headquarters here to Texas b/c of the cheap real estate and lack of crazy taxes.

weather aint like SOCAL, but it's pretty awesome if you're in the right area

DRAWBACKS

1. need ya whip game b/c you have to drive everywhere
2. that southern drawl is heavy in a lot of people.
3. see number 1.

being from NY and having gone to cali many times...

california is such a better place.

nyc>L.A. but california > NY. CAlifornia is a fun state, many cities and beaches to go to. outside of NY, there really is nothing.

Such a dead topic, but I'll comment anyway I guess.

I was born in NYC and have lived there for a short amount of time, however - I feel like California is much more of a place of enjoyment.

I still feel like SF > LA though. California-wise at least. Better means of transportaion, more diverse women and better food.
